Mareeba has spent the last 20 years working closely with the world’s finest botanical extracts to understand their flavour profiles, therapeutic qualities and ability to evoke valuable memories. This has led her to create a range of sensuous, intriguing, and deliciously nurturing morsels to uplift, relax, and surprise.

Each bonbon is a thoughtfully considered work of choco-art because she wants Pretty Fancy to be a part of celebrating everyday moments, locking in healthy new traditions, and creating more sweet, sweet memories. Each carefully crafted collection is an expression of a long family history in the kitchen and her underlying drive to honour the healthy wonderment of the botanical world.

In December 2002 Schoc Chocolates was born. In a tiny turn-of-the century cottage, in gourmet Greytown’s main street (the original confectioners shop), owner and creator Murray Langham of the Chocolate Therapy Books opened the doors to the sumptuous hand-made chocolates and small chocolate therapy studio.

Schoc Chocolates is a unique blend of gourmet chocolate and self-exploration. We combine the joy and health benefits of consuming quality chocolate with a deeper understanding of one’s inner self.

With 60 flavours in the tablet range alone – there is a chocolate that is perfect for you. From classic strawberry or heavenly caramel to the more challenging – and hugely popular – whole lime and chilli, sea salt, pink peppercorn, to name a few.

Calling all chocolate lovers, plant-based enthusiasts, sweet-toothed nuts and wonder seekers.  Introducing the finest range of vegan friendly, plant-based m!lk chocolate delights.  We make 100% plant-based bean-to-bar m!lk chocolate from transparent-trade cacao that tastes as creamy and delicious as any dairy alternative.  From our chocolate wrapped salted caramels and pineapple chews to a selection of delicious chocolate bars, there is something for everyone.
