We are all about healthy, sweet, Arabian treats. We love dates fruit and date products.
We also pride ourselves on making traditional Arabian desserts with healthy and nutritious ingredients as much as possible. Our Baklava is made with NZ honey and our Maamoul and Kunafa are made with as little sugar as possible. Levantine is about making Arabian treats with a healthy twist.

FOR centuries, the Cacao Illuminati had waited for Chocolate’s Chosen One. Then in 2012, they found him. Well, they caught him skinny-dipping in their sacred chocolate fountain. Foundry Chocolate celebrate and accentuate the remarkable personalities of the world’s finest cacao by crafting and aging micro-batches of award winning bean-to-bar craft chocolate from scratch – using only two ingredients: Cacao Beans and Organic Sugar - all from their little foundry in Mahurangi, New Zealand.
In the NZ Chocolate Awards 2020, the tiny bean-to-bar maker swept away the competition, being awarded the Supreme Winner title along with a record-breaking 7 Gold and 5 Silver medals.
