What happens if the Chocolate & Coffee show is postponed and transferred to new dates
iTICKET emails all customers to let advise of the postponement and confirmed new dates for the Chocolate & Coffee Show.
Existing ticket holders are transferred into correlating dates for the new Chocolate & Coffee Show dates. This means if you had tickets for Saturday they will be automatically transferred to the new Saturday date.
Customers can log in to your iTICKET account to re-print eTickets, or call (09) 361 1000 / 0508 iTICKET (484 253) for help.
If a Customer is unable to attend the new date, they should contact iTICKET to arrange a refund.
What happens if the Chocolate & Coffee show is Cancelled
iTICKET emails all customers and process customer refunds.
Customer receives the full transaction amount originally paid, minus any booking, delivery or transaction fees.
During the refund process, the customer may choose to donate all or some of the ticket price to Promoter.
Any donations or contributions paid as part of the original transaction are non-refundable and are settled to Promoter.
Refunds are paid to the credit card used for original purchase, if the customer purchased via Bank Transfer they are contacted by iTICKET to provide bank account for payment.
